Experts from the Johns Hopkins Lung Cancer Program are eager to educate patients and their loved ones about lung cancer diagnosis, treatment and management. In the past, we have offered an annual in-person patient education conference.
In light of the ongoing global pandemic, we have decided to move our educational event to a virtual platform. We invite you to attend our online education session “Emerging Trends in Lung Cancer” during the month of November, which is also Lung Cancer Awareness Month. It will take place Friday, November 12th from 11:30am-1:00pm. The first 30 minutes will be a roundtable discussion featuring Dr. Joy Feliciano (medical oncology), Russ Hales (radiation oncology), Dr. Rich Battafarano (thoracic surgery), and Dr. Christine Argento (interventional pulmonary). After the round table, additional providers will join for a 60 minute questions and answers session.
